National Guard, Troy Lang, Ms. Carr's son, came to talk with the class. We have been talking about freedom with our Journey's story, community, and safety with Social Studies and health, and of course we just celebrated Labor Day. He also helped students to learn how to fold the American Flag and the meanings involved.
